I am unable to get my DJ 130 to feed from the tray. I am printing on 11x17 cover stock. It will feed from the manual feed on top, but not loaded in the tray. I have checked and re-checked settings. The print job has not worked with either auto paper select or tray 1. Roll paper is unloaded.
The job is landscape, but the paper loads from the manual feed in portrait (short end into then printer). I have tried both directions from the tray. Any suggestions?
