Thanks, but I'm not giving up, I have filed several complaints,
including the BBB and will continue in all fairness to try to make
this thing work.

I'm now downloading profiles as suggested earlier, so far, no luck but
I'll try all of them for Black and White to add to my complaint,
unlike HP, I try to be fair and honest.

I have indeed done printhed re-alignent, about 20 or more times,
including the 15 that I did each time I replaced one.

That was HPs way of helping me, each time I called, they told me to
replace one of the printheads and each time, I did an alignment.

I did it out of a sense of having to give them the benefit of the
doubt, how could I complain if I did not take their "solutions"?

But now, it's over, it's my turn, I'm looking for more people with the
same issue and similar complaints in the hope of someone starting a
class action suit.

I consider their actions not only to be despicable, but it might even
fall under the "false advertising" and "bait and switch" departments.

I was promised one thing, I paid what they asked, and they delivered
something entirely different.

BTW, as a reminder that the issue is indeed an incapable machine or a
totally defective one, is that all the diagostics and alignments come
out positive, the machine thinks it's OK!

Thanks for the suggestions,

Michel
