I can print this pdf fine with the acrobat reader (Linux, CUPS). Using KPrinter I have the problems with various other pdf, but I think all pdfs are from the same source (physics department of my university) so it may be a problem with the pdfs. But no other pdfs I have, have such small margins. pdfs with more usual margins I print using KPDF and that works fine. I think the problem is the combination of the KDE printing system and very small margins in a document and the HP printer driver. (it used to work with another printer/driver).
