Have downloaded & installed this program, as well as the HPData and another one that starts with HP. i am using Freespire. When i run the program, as in double click, it says it cannot find my printer, a HP Deskjet 895cxi. I know this printer is installed & works since i print from it all the time & it is even networked with Samba.
When i "installed" the software i was instructed to press F6 i think it was and did so, the first time; the second time i tried to install it and several times during the last part of the installation the third time.
