On debian sarge-amd64 (3.1), apt-get installed 0.9.2, even if I remove
it, and installed 1.6.10 from installer (it override the previous
version because it did not manage to get rid of the supposely
uninstalled previous one) or by hand, I still end with 0.9.2 witch did
not suppoprt my HP d2360 (I know, 1.6.6 and up).
Is there a way to fix this?
install.log looks ok, I send it if you need it.
By the way, it seems to me the installer do not like space in folder
name ('My Downloads' for ex.), make or make install sometimes crash on this!
