Hello al of you reading the list. I had something weird? Was installing a psc-1350 (1300) on a brand new Slackware 11. I installed the newest hplip package but found out there was a hpijs package to. So i removed that package (the package manager saved the shared files and hpijs in incuided in hplip to) Installed the printer in cups with the hp device manager and it all worked in at once , also the xsane worked. So that was i it (i thought) Few days later ( ididnt use the printer) i noticed that hpiod failed to load? So i tried the hp device manager and it would not start
