Verify that you selected HP_Color_LaserJet_3800.ppd when you installed the printer queue. If you are still having problems, set LogLevel to debug in cups config file (/etc/cups/cupsd.conf on some systems) restart cups. Print testpage again and post the log files, /var/log/cups/error_log and /var/log/messages Raghu
