I attempted to build 1.7.1 on my OpenBSD 4.0 box. I have confirmed
that my usrlib is version is 0.1.12, and I do have cups installed.
libusb resides in /usr/local/lib. I've put that in my path, but
congifure still fails.
/usr/local/lib/libusb.so.9.0
/usr/local/lib/libusbpp.so.10.0
/usr/local/lib/libusb.a
/usr/local/lib/libusb.la
/usr/local/lib/libusbpp.a
/usr/local/lib/libusbpp.la
./configure works fine up until the point where I get this message.
