Have you looked over this doc?

You may need to search the cd's you have because we don't have every Red Hat
Enterprise version I don't have anyway of knowing the exact cd if they
changed it on the different versions. Should be similiar to what's
documented however.
Although if you are missing pyqt hplip should still compile. Do you have
all of the other dependencies installed (listed on the page above)?

I have installed all the packages required.
But i am not sure about "Pyqt" and "Pyqt-devel". What is the name of this
package on redhat es 3.0 because i did not found it.
