Apparently, this model is missing from out DAT file that contains
information about each printer (which I am very surprised about). I can look
into this next week. If you would like a workaround and are up to hand
editing a file, I could help you get things going sooner. Let me know...

Using hplip 0.9.2 on one machine and 1.7.1 on another. I have installed

However, running hp-toolbox I get a message that no HP devices are
installed. Although I have installed the printer as suggested through
CUPS I still get the message that no HP devices are installed.
