Can you run:

su
tail -f /var/log/cups/error_log

and then print and post the error_log.  You may need to modify the loglevel
setting in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf to debug.

Neither from printdialog nor a testpage from Hp-Toolbox.

The spool starts then it stops the job and marks it as failure in the
list.
