Simply ignore YaST and rely on "hp-setup"/"hp-toolbox"/... YaST and HPLIP are not very well synchronized, see https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=184798 Plain printer setup should work o.k. but don't expect anything regarding the various kind of all-in-one devices (in particular if there is a faxing unit included). In particular YaST in openSUSE 10.2 and the newest HPLIP from http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/jsmeix/ Kind Regards Johannes Meixner -- SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstrasse 5, 90409 Nuernberg, Germany AG Nuernberg, HRB 16746, GF: Markus Rex ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
