To Whom it May Concern
I purchased this printer about 6 months ago...the printer itself works fine,
but the scanner will not scan...says it can't be detected...I've tried to
reinstall it about a dozen times...don't know if my install disc was corrupted
for this part of the install or what happened...sure would like to be able to
use the scanner...is there a download or something just for the scanner part
of the machine?
