For,

1. Can you send me the output of 'hp-check -t' and we'll take a look at
your settings.

2. Try checking your CUPS queue to make sure that you don't have your
queue set to printing only in black. Also, run hp-toolbox and goto the
printer settings tab. Look to see that you don't have just black
printing set there also.


Let me know how it goes.
