I got one of those 0Spam messages too, but I already deleted it so I can't provide any header info. I suspect what's happening is that one of the mailing list participants is using 0Spam.com to filter their incoming mail. Since messages from the mailing list have the author in the From field of the header, when you post a message to this mailing list, 0Spam asks you to verify that you are a human and not an automated process. Supposedly once you've verified yourself with 0Spam, it will recognise your email address from then on.
