Hi All,

This is a proposal to change the default RSS feed from Plain Text to
support HTML. This decision needs to be taken by you the community and
will also be discussed on the community news.

Current situation:
The RSS feeds do not have html in the show notes.

Reasoning:
It has become commonplace to include html in show notes so that podcast
clients can display images, and click on links. It would mean that we
would no longer need to display the entire url as the link, making it
more user friendly.

Risks:
podcast clients may not support html and fail to download the show.

Testing:

As always silence = approval.
