[Hpr] HPR Gitea instance migrated to new server

Hi,

Josh is updating the infrastructure of AnHonestHost. Our Gitea instance is now 
migrated to a new server, so if you get an error doing a push to 
repo.anhonesthost.net <http://repo.anhonesthost.net> that is why.

Its new IP is 34.212.55.19--just in case.
