OFIWG has asked me to provide a code analysis of the HPX parceport for the purposes of informing their discussion of defining the addition of fabrics into the c++ standard.
As ya'll can imagine, I'm not an expert in the parcelport implementation but, I've gone ahead and defined a skeleton for the analysis/code review.
