Podcast Program Manager @ Projectline

Key Responsibilities: 

- Driving site utilization 
- Managing an equipment loaner program- Podcast-In-A-Box 
- Managing and strategizing rotating editorial, reaching out to potential 
new audiences through target marketing and business partnerships 
- Reporting and tracking service offerings, and educating the internal 
podcasting community 
- Helping clients utilize podcasting to meet their business objectives 
- Setting achievable customer expectations, assumes responsibility for 
solving customer problems 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

- 3+ years as a marketing consultant or agency account executive 
- 1+ year of specific experience managing digital marketing campaigns that 
focused on using audio and video podcasts, blogs, streaming videos, etc. 
- Understanding of how word-of-mouth marketing, blogs, viral marketing, 
and customer testimonials integrate for successful campaigns. 
- Should personally be fascinated by and regularly use networking, feed, 
bookmarking, blogging, and user-generated content sites such as Twitter, 
Facebook, Plaxo, Youtube, Windows live spaces, SmugMug, Digg, Yelp, Jaiku, 
SlideShare, ilike, Bebo, Flickr, WordPress, etc. 
- Background or education in marketing fundamentals including brand, 
segmentation, positioning, and market analysis 
- Exceptionally positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in work 
product 
- Flexible and intuitive personality who can manage complex internal and 
client relationships 
- Ability to think creatively yet practically 
- Perceptible sense of humor, humility, and confidence required 
- Existing network in new media/technology is strongly preferred

2. Webmaster/Web Designer
This individual would re-vamp our current Web site to optimize its 
functions and include new features that will attract readership and foster 
more interaction between the IE and its audience. For example, including 
PayPal, blogs, video cams, polls and archives. Must be available to update 
the Website for the first and third Wednesdays of every month (when our 
publication is published) and available one day a week to place ads on-
line. Part-time. Knowledge of WordPress, MACs, Dream Weaver, HTML, 
preferred. 

3. Production Graphic Designer
This position requires knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
Part-time. Salary base, with extra for special projects. Must be available 
the Monday before the first and third Wednesday of each month, and 
occasional weekends. This team member coordinates and designs the 
newspaper layout, including content, images and photos, and places 
advertisements.
