7/26: Application Deadline for Storefronts Seattle
Storefronts Seattle is a new initiative matching artists, creative
businesses, organizations, and community groups with no- and low-
cost temporary space. Storefronts Seattle is seeking applicants for
its pilot program in Seattleās Pioneer Square and Chinatown-
International District neighborhoods.
The Residency & Creative Enterprise track connects artists and arts
groups with space to create new work, rehearse or refine technique,
present a performance, or set up a creative retail environment.
The Installations track seeks temporary artwork to be installed in
vacant storefront windows located in the Pioneer Square and
Chinatown-International District neighborhoods.
Storefronts Seattle is a partnership of Seattle's Office of Arts &
Cultural Affairs, the Seattle Chinatown-International District
Preservation and Development Authority, the Chinatown-International
District Business Improvement Area, The Alliance for Pioneer Square,
and Shunpike.
The deadline for applications is Monday 7/26. Find guidelines and
more details on applying
