This is the scariest part:

And, indeed, may be inevitable. I think, though, that EUA [USA, for
"American" speakers lurking on this thread] citizens sometimes
actually do stand up for their rights, and for some reason the rest of
the world relies on (expects) us to do so, for them. ( because we have
more arable land per capita than any other country in the world? )
we'll see. Google better stick to it's motto. Verizon, on the other
hand, has the branding colors of black and red, like Satan. So maybe
Google and Verizon have their conferences in purgatory? Who knows.
