Hello Partner, We have the following requirement .Please help me out with the suitable candidate. Title: SAP HCM Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6 Months Technical knowledge: . ABAP skills . Webdynpro . Knowledge of Function Modules and Classes. . Debugging techniques for ABAP code. . Hands on experience for handling Autosys scheduler. . Should be able to work on both support as well as enhancement projects. . Root cause analysis. . Should be able to interact with Business users. Functional Knowledge: . Knowledge about the below modules: OM, PA, ESS, MSS, Benefits, Payroll & Time. . Knowledge about HCM related Info types. . Over all mapping between PeopleSoft and SAP. (This would be required for historical data conversions.) Job responsibilities: . Support existing PeopleSoft system. . Support the SAP HCM system. . Handle production support tickets for SAP HCM as well PeopleSoft (if any). . Support the PTS (Question Mark)/eLearning system. . Support Hire Smart system. . Work on requirement gathering for SAP RFCs . Develop technical and functional specs for the RFCs . Develop Custom ABAP programs. Unit test these programs and support the UAT and Integration testing. . Support the deployment in each release. . Answer business queries as and when needed.
