Max Pay Rate: $50-55/hr (c2c) Portal Production Support- Websphere Portal, WAS, Web Content, J2EE, OOAD, Struts, RAD PORTAL PRODUCTION SUPPORT *Responsible for supporting and providing production support for internally developed Websphere application. The application is a tier 1 application that mandates the application is available 24x7 *Responsible for monitoring and working on problem tickets, following it up with business and technical teams, and ensuring the problem is successfully resolved. *Responsible for documenting the issue, cause and resolution *Will be the on-call person for the application. *Will work with the appropriate development team members to bring the issue to resolution *Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle *Monitor the application and the performance to ensure problems are detected before they become issues and involve the appropriate teams to determine a resolution to the application.
