Job Description: - Design of relational database schemas - Writing plain JDBC based SQL queries - Experience with Object-to-relational mapping frameworks required (such as Hibernate (although we are not using Hibernate)),- Experience with JPA (Java Persistence API) is a big plus as we are using JPA in all our projects - CSS, HTML and JavaScript/Ajax. - Expertise in the domain of Core Business Logic object-oriented design and development in Java. - Ability to take "vertical" ownership of a project, i.e., being responsible end-to-end for a project. - From requirements collection to data model definition, user interface and business logic design and implementation. - Experience related to RestFul web services is a plus - Experience with spring framework (dependency injection) is a plus - Good understanding of HTTP concepts a plus - Experience with XML processing is a minimal requirement.
