Hope you doing great Please go through below requirement and let me know if you have any consultants *Role: Service center analyst* *Location: Chicago, IL * *Duration: 3 Months* · These resources will be used for User moves and setups and testing of connectivity and power. · Some will be doing low level resolution after the moves on Mondays and Tuesdays. · One will be for 1 week of Pre Move Depot works as well Moves/Setups Thurs/Fri/Sats maybe into Sunday if not going well. · All Techs should have Low Level tech skills to reslove low level issues. · 1 Tech will be doing premove depot work packing and getting depot ready to move All should have good communication skills and take direction well People skills (effectively and appropiately interact with customers, peers, management, etc…) · Work within a team structure as a peer · Be self-motivated • Self directed · *Windows 7 Hardware /Office products/Exchange connectivity * · The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to function well in a team environment. · The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidate will be able to perform given general direction from management.
