Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. This is a Java programmer role in a highly efficient team using Agile software development practices. The products are primarily web applications which require a very deep Java development background and excellent communication skills. Will work independently and as part of a team with responsibility for key aspects of healthcare products.
