*Data QA Test Analyst
Length of Assignment: 6 months
Location: Middleton, WI*

*Client: Health Care*

*Detailed Job Duties:*
• Develop, execute, and maintain test designs, including test cases and
test scripts.
• Develop test planning documentation, including the estimation of testing
effort.
• Develop and maintain test data as necessary to support testing efforts.
• Analyze and test data
• Identify and communicate data and test environments needs
• Analyze and review requirements, designs, data models, source to target
technical design and other documentation to ensure testability and
traceability
• Conduct testing to ensure that functionality, usability, reliability, and
performance of IT solutions are consistent with requirements and
established acceptance criteria.
• Report and manage defects to ensure that all issues are resolved
according to established guidelines and expectations.
• Assist development team in troubleshooting and determining root-cause of
application defects and issues.
• Document test results and communicate to Project Management and other
Project Stakeholders.
• Gain user acceptance of testing efforts.

*Required Skills*
• Minimum of 5 years experience in at least 2 of the following areas –
Information Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture,
Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture, Security Architecture,
Systems Administration, Database Administration
• Technical Proficiency in SQL
• Technical Proficiency in working with Enterprise Data Warehousing and
Interfaces
• Experience working with visual requirement and design documentation
techniques including but not limited to: as logical data and process
models, workflow diagrams, context diagrams, and/or user interface
mock-ups.
• Technical proficiency in testing different types of systems
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to work and
communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work individually and as part of a team to achieve
business objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment, and comfortable
with change.
• Ability to quickly gain familiarity with systems and projects assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to work and
communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and team
members.

*Candidates with the following with get FIRST consideration:*
• Health Care and/or Insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience working with HIPAA Transactions and/or Web Services
• Experience working with Quality Center.
• Technical Proficiency in: Oracle, Informatica, TIBCO, .NET, XML
