*Responsibilities include: *

• Assist customers in gathering installation requirements, develop test
plans, and provide oversight

• Assisting customers in gathering information about their environment and
help make recommendation on steps to better manage the environment.

• Architect, design, implement System Center 2012 Suite of tools

• Collaborate with business leaders to align designed solutions with
business needs

• Develop management reports and dashboards for resource management

• Deploy workflows for common processes

• Grant permissions to allow responsible groups to manage resources and
work queues

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot workflows

*Required Skills /Qualifications:*

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field

• A minimum of 5 years prior IT consulting experience is required

• 4+ years experience working with Microsoft System Center Configuration
Manager (2012, 2007, 2003) – including architecting and implementing
complex designs

• 4+ years experience working with Microsoft System Center Operations
Manager (2012, 2007, 2003) – including architecting and implementing
complex designs

• 3+ years experience working with Microsoft System Center Service Manager

• 2+ years experience working with Microsoft System Center Endpoint
Protection

• 5+ years experience working with in Microsoft Active Directory
Architecture

• Exceptional project management abilities (issues management, team
collaboration, schedule, scope, etc.)

• Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail for
documentation (design documentation, processes/procedures, etc.)

• Ability to balance technical value with customer perception and
satisfaction, and to balance value-add feature delivery with scope and
schedule

• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP,
DHCP, Internet standards and network security

• Experience with creating/modifying SCCM reports

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to address an audience in
a meeting setting

• Strong Interpersonal Skills – you must interact and communicate well with
large teams

• Solve problems proactively, learn new technologies quickly
