Advanced ability to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions. Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions. Develops complex service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses knowledge of human factors engineering principles. Creates Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers. Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Provides consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems. Serves in an expert consultant role in SDLC (Agile and TDD). May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts required. Supports Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience with Native Sabre System(REQUIRED the old reservation system) and the junior contributor BA role just needs some airline exp.
