Can conduct, document and confirm elicitation outcomes . Can uncover needs that clients would not be able to articulate on their own . Can identify requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end-user's perspective . Can organize, prioritize, analyze and verify requirements . Can influence client decision making to optimize requirement prioritization . Can drive consensus for desired future state that meets business objectives . Can engage and educate developers on business context of solution . Can manage traceability from concept through deployed solution validation . Can guide and manage interactions with technology vendors . Can act as a mentor/coach to other technology business analysts . Minimum of 8 years in a technology business analyst role Key Traits necessary: . Leadership (leader, not waiting for an order to be given . Coaching, self-directing behaviour . Mentoring experience Preferred: . Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation . Financial services/banking experience - credit/ loans knowledge .
