Position is part of the eBiz Digital Content Delivery teamfocused on showcasing the client’s products digitally. Individual will drive solutions to enable Product Content Management, eCatalog Delivery (Hybris), Digital Experience Management & Search (Endeca) solutions for the client’s primary website and associated global sites. Individual will liaison with customers across a widely diverse set of industries including automotive, appliance, communications, consumer electronics, and more. By teaming with executive management, business unit representatives and IT stakeholders, this leader will provide website experience, project leadership,business process expertise andsystemsanalysis skills to design and implement Digital Solutions. The focus of this role is to lead developments and enhancements of Hybris&Endeca modules that are used in hosting a Product Catalogue of 500,000+ items on a B2B sales website – and enabling / improving search there on. This Hybris/ Endeca solution replaces a number of legacy applications, as part of this Digital Transformation program. On the marketing side, Adobe Experience Manager is being used to revamp legacy applications – while another PM role is advertised for this, there is a need for this role to have some understanding of planned changes in the other area. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Strategic leader managing high impact Digital IT projects; responsible for delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. 2. Demonstrate thought leadership inDigital and internet technology trends to lead the definition and implementationof programs supporting the client's Digital strategy. 3. Lead all phases of IT project including problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, requirement definition, development and implementation including authoring related documents such as business and functional requirements. 4. Design and develop proposals, usability studies, software evaluations and buy vs. build recommendations. Manage vendor relationships. 5. Responsible for successful system implementations includingcustomer feedback, communication strategies and all other aspects of project communications. 6. Facilitate understanding and adoption of Technology solutions by being a Business Consultant and IT liaison. *Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:* *Required* 1. Minimum 10 years of IT experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions with a minimum of 5 in external website technologies including search, content management systems, eCatalogs, SEO/SEM, social communities, mobile web and 3rd party packages. Ideal candidate will have Enterprise level experience implementingHybris(mandatory) and/or Endeca(or equivalent search tool mandatory) technologies. 2. Strong understanding of Digital Experience, Content Management, &eMarketing strategies. Ability to review Site Analytics and Business Models to gain strategic insights and develop recommendations to optimize Customer Experience and Generate Demand. *3. *IT project management with demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple, complex projects - leading cross functional teams to deliver quality solutions.Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies – *with Agile experience mandatory.* 4. Solid understanding of IT systems including system design, databases andprogramming concepts especially HTML,browsers, Javascript, Web Services and AJAX. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations. Excellent customer service & communication skills. 6. Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications. Educational Required/Desired: · Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing OR equivalent experience and knowledge required. · MBA or Masters in Information Technology Management preferred. · Project Management Certification strongly desired.
