Serve as a core member of the team responsible for managing and validating
the Customer Master data that feeds multiple Commercial systems.
· Assume the lead role in documenting the procedures outlined above and in
keeping said documentation current.
· Work with Commercial Systems team on system extensions, customizations
and extended data integration.
· Assume responsibility for ensuring any and all data related to the
Commercial systems reflect the highest standards of quality and integrity.
· Ensure organizational data integrity by using external sources to
validate all new entries as appropriate.
· Support for all Field-based users of the Customer Relationship Management
(“CRM”) system, ensuring timely case resolution and proactive management of
data anomalies and/or any system issues.
· Provide system performance and usage metrics as required.
· Proactively contribute towards process-improvement initiatives within
