This position will sit in our client's Integration Architecture group and
has multiple year potential.

Responsibilities will include mentoring staff members, providing guidance
for best practices, design patterns, standards and uses of message broker.



Candidates should be skilled in:

·        WebSphere Message Broker

·        FTP

·        SQL

·        SOA Frameworks Design Patterns

*·         Immediate need for a Senior System Administrator specializing in
IBM Websphere Commerce who will be responsible for maintaining and updating
all existing Web systems (Internet/Intranet/Extranet) that employ
scalable-advanced technologies. This key individual will be responsible for
integrating Web systems with existing systems, enabling the creation of new
Web enterprises or expanding business onto the Web. The Websphere
Administrator will be working with the operations staff (UNIX, DBA, etc.),
IT management, and vEclaro has an immediate need for a Senior Web Analytics
Implementation Expert who has deep expertise in IBM Digital Analytics
(Coremetrics) and Google Analytics web analytics tools, IBM Product
Recommendations engine (Intelligent Offer), eCommerce and Portal tag
implementation, and knowledge of front-end web development and JavaScript.
Responsibilities include: *

*·        Design and implement Coremetrics and Intelligent Offer on new web
site built on IBM Portal and IBM Commerce.*

*·        Migration from Google Analytics to Coremetrics, identifying and
resolving any gaps with respect to reporting and functionality, and
explaining variances in analytics data between the two tools. *

*·        Design and develop tagging structures, custom analytic tags and
parameters, and reports to support business requirements, including
conversions, recommendations, and personalization.*

*·        Work with stakeholders in the marketing department to define
KPI's and create custom reports and dashboards. Present reports/findings
and become a trusted digital analytics advisor to the organization. *

*·        Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and bring
issues to resolution. *

*·        Debug and resolve technology integration problems *

*·        Perform knowledge transfer to other team members *

*Requirements:*

*·        3+ years experience with web analytics tools, including
Coremetrics and Google Analytics, integrated with IBM WebSphere Commerce
and/or IBM WebSphere Portal *

*·        2+ years exp. with a tag management system and advanced web
analytics tag implementation *

*·        2+ years exp. with Intelligent Offer *

*·        2+ years exp. in web development using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML,
AJAX, and Web 2.0 Exp. with development of Dashboards and KPIs *

*·        Exp. with mobile and app tagging a plus *

*·        Exp. with Java a plus Excellent verbal and written communication
skills*
