This designer will be embedded within the UX team and will be responsible for the UX design deliverables on projects designed, under management of the Ranjeeta Burns, UX Design Manager. *Job Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate those into design concepts. Engage teams, including senior leadership, in the process of translating client and product strategies into new or enhanced experience designs leveraging techniques such as journeymapping, ecosystem mapping, and other design collaboration methodologies. Create wireframes of screens to provide to development Facilitate design review meetings and iterate designs based on feedback received Coordinate with the Scottrade UX Designers to ensure consistency in design across Scottrade’s platforms. Coordinate with Scottrade UX Researchers to conduct usability studies on the design concepts you create. Must be able to work on-site at least 80% (32 hours/week), but ideally 100% *Other Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years experience in UX Design (more is fine too) Experience working within an agile development environment is required. Experience with journey mapping, business process mapping, service design, or other forms of creating detailed user flows. Experience in financial services is a plus but not required Experience designing complex website and applications. Experience working in a fast paced environment, wireframing ‘on the fly’ while in requirements meetings, etc. Must have good people skills, and can communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Graphic design experience and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a nice to have. Our preference is that the resource would have this background as well, but it is not required, what we need most is a very strong UX Designer. Must have experience working with prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, or iRise. ____________________________________________________ *POSITION: Application Packager* *LOCATION: Sunset Hills, MO * *DURATION: 6 months* *Description:* Commonly goes by “Application Packager”. The individual should know how to repackage using Installshield, create appv packages and build silent install scripts using VBS and Wise Script.
