IS Systems Support Analyst - Co-op Intern Position Description This an intern position working on a Bachelors degree. IS SYSTEMS Support - Mobility Support Analyst will be responsible for working on IT solutions, procedures, and interfacing with Kodak managed customers to provide procurement and support services of mobile devices, utilizing MDM tools Airwatch /BES/ Afaria and applications. Also develop and build enhanced documentation and support procedures for both users and support personnel. Works with customers to procure and provision mobility devices and equipment, identify, troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex technical and non-technical end user customer questions for all wireless mobility products, (IPhones, Android phones, Blackberries, Windows Phones, Ipads and various vendor tablets,) and various workstation and telecom equipment that WWIS supports.
