Candidate will be responsible for design, development, and unit testing of a IBM BPM application with a J2EE GUI utilized internally by client servicing department. *Required qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field 4+ Years BPM Tools including IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition 7.2, Teamworks 7.2, and IBM Business Process Manager 7.5 6+ Java / J2EE 5/6/7 experience including JSP, JSF, AngularJS, Servlet, JDBC, JNDI, SOA, Web Service/ XML technologies, Spring, Hibernate Knowledge of web development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript 2+ Oracle 9i/10g/11g with strong SQL experience Enablement technologies including XML, WSDL, UDDI, SOAP, JMS, HTTP and SSL Agile experience *Preferred optional qualifications:* Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition FileNet Harvest/Clearcase Jenkins/Maven QTP (Mercury Quick Test Professional) Operating Systems including Linux, AS400 *Soft Skills Needed:* Ability to “own” a task by solving problems and following through until completion Ability to effectively interact with management, employees, contractors and off-shore developers Ability to learn, grasp and maintain a complex technical environment Ability to create and test complex build plans Ability to incorporate new technology in existing environment Ability to define technical tasks and provide estimates and status Prior experience working in multi-tiered environments Testing, QA, automated testing tool background a plus Prior experience with Harvest or other automated deployment tools is a plus.
