*Length: Until 1/29/2016* *Must Have: BO Universe,Teradata,Tableau,SQL Server, Stored Procedures * *Description* • Analyze, design and develop BO universes, webi and crystal reports • Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support of dashboards and reports • Perform impact analysis and validation of existing production reports and universes after application and database upgrade • Interface with business analysts and/or users to clarify requirements. Work closely with the different business groups to cater to their reporting and dashboard needs. • Troubleshoot dashboard and report problems independently, determining the root cause and fixing the problem. • Understand reporting database schema/model, identify joins/tables, and perform data analysis. • Experience building complex dashboards using Tableau • Implement industry BI standards and best practices • Perform all development activities independently • Proactively identifies problems/issues/risks and provide solutions • Architect and develop reports using Business Objects and Provide status updates on regular basis and be committed to aggressive delivery timelines *Secondary Title* *(No Value)* Additional Skills Required • 6+ years of Business Objects Universe development, Crystal/webi reports, SQL server and Oracle development. Must have experience in BO 4.1 • 6+ years of Very strong Business Objects universe development • 6+ years of strong database skills –Oracle 10g/11g, SQL Server 2008 highly preferred • Minimum two years of Tableau dashboard development experience • Proven analytical and problem solving skills for assessment of complex production support issues and ability to recommend/implement quick and effective solutions • Very Strong in writing complex SQL code, functions, stored procedures and ability to perform data validation and analysis. Must be willing to become expert in SQL and stored procedure development in and Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle environments. • Performance tuning/analysis/optimization of reports and SQL • Previous experience in using Change Management and IT Ticketing tools for managing incidents and issues resolution is a plus • Ability to work independently on projects with aggressive timelines and communicate status to project team on a regular basis • Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic and quick learner. • Must be comfortable in self-managing assigned work, ensuring that priority tasks are handled appropriately.
