MUST HAVE: - Agile methodology experience - At least one global implementation project (from scratch) - Large environment work (of at least 1,000 people) - Great communication Top Three Skills: Salesforce.com experience Business Analysis Requirements gathering Agile ERPSS Job Description: •We need an analyst that can take the lead and drive requirements definition with the product owners and business partners from Day 1. Allegis Group is expanding our current SFDC implementation to Europe and we need someone more senior to be able to partner with our team going forward. Act as primary point of contact for questions as well as research and coordinate responses considering the systems and business processes within an assigned service area. •Manage expectations of business representatives; help control scope of specific requests. •Understand the strategic direction of delivered products as well as any changes to the products. •Facilitate, assist, or participate in strategy meetings as well as other meetings for the service area. •Work with the team to understand the system requirements. •Develop appropriate test strategies, test plans and scripts, and related documentation. •Participate in and support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process including data model development; design and code reviews; testing (including the gathering of expected load statistics); and the resolution of QA issues. •Ensure that analysis-related documents are up-to-date and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and in terms that can be understood by all parties involved. •Review software documentation to ensure its accuracy against the application being tested. •Perform analysis and gather requirements. Create and maintain documentation and models for the current state of the business processes within the service area (whether or not technology is involved in any given step) and the current state of the system involved. Capture the current process and system usage, perceived deficiencies with the current process and system, and requirements for a future process and system. Create process flow diagrams Document business rules. Document new data requirements, including characteristics, size, edits, and defaults. Assess available functionality in other systems Analyze data to assess quality and availability; document data sources and flow; recommend system constraints to ensure data quality. Assess integration points. Create report mock-ups; map data to reports and outpu •Good understanding of cloud computing and exposure to technologies supporting applications, including XML, Web Services, HTML and JavaScript. •Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing and integrating technology tools into a client solution. •Knowledge of related applications, cloud computing, web technology etc •Knowledge of and experience with salesforce and understanding of enterprise integration. •Demonstrated proficiency in software testing concepts. •Knowledge of standard business concepts and functions. Ability to write and execute SQL. •Problem analysis and solving skills – ability to identify root causes of problems and differentiate between perceived and actual problems. •Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment. •Ability to represent Allegis Group’s culture on behalf of the IS department. •Solid understanding of complete SDLC methodologies. Additional Information: Salesforce experience (greater than 3 years) - REQUIRED Experienced Analyst (greater than 5 years) – REQUIRED Excellent written and verbal communication Significant experience working with either a Product Owner or business stakeholders to gather requirements The ability to work as the sole analyst or with a team of analysts Global/International implementation - PREFERRED Integration experience - PREFERRED Siebel or other CRM knowledge – NICE TO HAVE but if candidate has Siebel experience in a large client with less SFDC experience we’d be interested Agile experience – NICE TO HAVE Work Environment: This project is following an Agile methodology and someone who has experience as a Salesforce BA on an Agile team would fit in well.
