Collins, CO. As a Sr. Business Process Developer focusing on business logic and process flows, you will help lead the design and development of the business logic, process models and flows, and implementthem in a BPM-based system for an exciting, high-visibility, enterprise-class web app project on a growing ground-floor team.You will interact with web service interfaces and work closely with business analysts and fellow developers in a technical leadership role to turn conceptual business process flows into Java EE constructs, and BMPN flows and rules. You will take on a SME role for the business logic design and implementation. *Desired Experience*: - Bachelor’s degree(preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines). - 2+ years (preferably more) with BPM (Business Process Management) frameworks (JBoss BPMS, Appian, Pega, etc.) - 8+ years Enterprise App development, with some using BPM frameworks and/or Enterprise Java (JEE); - 1+ years with Agile development / Scrum; - Experience with Web Services (RESTful, SOAP) and ESBs. - Experience with DoD or federal government projects a plus (not required). - Experience with Business Rules Engines a plus (not required). *Skills:* - BPM (Appian preferred) and Java / Java EE web application development; - Strong technical communication skills (some client-facing) - Solid UML skills - Linux (RHEL) proficiency - Enterprise app server stand-up and configuration (JBoss EAP) - Familiarity with PaaS / cloud hosting environments and preferably Docker / containers - Server-side scripting (Python, shell, Perl, NodeJS, etc.) - Some database experience, including light admin, relational DB familiarity.
