*Position: Test Manager/Qa manager* *Location: Weehawken, NJ* *Duration: Long term contract* *Job Description:* - Plans, organizes and controls all project test activities - Defines and implements program test strategy, test plans and test approach - Defined and maintains test effort estimation, resource plans and test schedules - Identifies and manages testing dependencies, risks and issues - Monitors test progress and provides test reporting - Coaches and coordinates business users in acceptance test procedures - Performs defect management according to the defect lifecycle process - Manages test automation strategy and implementation for functional and regression testing - Defines test completion reports - Establishes KPI's/Metrics to measure the testing process within the program - Conducts PIR's in relation to QA and identifies continuous improvements within the test process *Governance, Controls and Methodology * - Implements, manages and controls the test process and SDLC Testing Deliverables - Enforces compliance with AMIT test strategy, GT testing standards and AMIT testing templates - Establishes and enforces SDLC and testing quality gates - Facilitate and support internal/external audits *Test Infrastructure, Tools and Data * - Plans for and manages the test infrastructure - Utilizes test management and execution tools according to Test Strategy - Manages the sourcing and/or creation of test data *People and Communication * - Builds a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation. Participates in and contributes to team activities; creates a positive work atmosphere and maintains team morale. - Coaches test resources; Forecasts resources - Manages communication with project and business stakeholders - Manages communication, reviews and reports status to the Regional QA Manager EMEA - The successful candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables to the Portal Platform program: - Define and own the testing strategy for the program - Create Test Estimates and Test Resource Plan - Create or input to test plans, completion reports and Post Implementation Reviews - Manage all test cases and defects in approriate tools, providing program audit trail - Experience of delivering complex/large scale testing programs ideally in the Banking domain - Sound knowledge and delivery experience on the following test types/phases: Systems Test, Integration Test, E2E Test, User Acceptance Test, Data Migration Test, Performance/Load/Stress Test, Security Test, Test automation and Usability Tests across a digital platform (desktop, mobile and tablet) - Managing test teams of 5 or more Test Engineers - Good understanding of Risk based Testing and Agile Test methodology; able to implement and drive those within the program - Expert in Test Management and Defect Management tools such as HP ALM - Significant experience in a a range of modern Automation and Performance test tools such as Cucumber, SOAP UI,HP Performance Center - Good understanding of Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration (e.g. TeamCity, Jenkins) - Experience in orchestrating multi tier Test Automation frameworks that can be utilized at both a platform and service level, ideally within Continuous Integration environment - Conducted testing on a wide range of systems and technologies - Good understanding of Content Management Systems and API's - Liaising with members of the testing and development teams along with project stakeholders - Strong experience managing and handling complex testing challenges - Strong communication skills - ISTQB Advanced level Test Manager - Additional IT Project or Testing training - University degree or equivalent expertise (technical, economics or similar) Regards, Mohammad Malektron Solutions, Inc *moham...@malektron.com <moham...@malektron.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "as400placements1" group.
