*Job Title* : Sr. Metrics Analyst *Location* : West Chester, PA *Duration* : Contract *Client *: Wipro Need: visa, photo id, Passport no; *Skills set:* Asset management, CMDB, ITIL, ITSM, Metrics. *Job Description:* • Sr. Metrics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and utilizing operational performance data to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements to the business. • The Sr. Metrics Analyst will develop and maintain standard reporting measures, recommend action plans, and provide ongoing analysis of solutions. S/he will work with all levels of management by leading, coaching or assisting in projects to improve defect rates, cycle time, costs, or customer satisfaction. • Partner with business leaders to develop and understand business metrics and patterns in the data, and to help drive data-based strategic decision making • Solid knowledge of CIs; dependencies relationships in CMDB and Application modeling. • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and recommend changes to management. Provide analysis prior to and following any recommended changes. • Lead or assist on improvement projects.
