As per my message last week, the CVS tree has migrated to a
SourceForge hosted machine. So to make this a bit more apparent, we
moved the DNS as well.

Basically, you'll need to re-run a checkout, but the advantage should
be better CVS performance and better security for the developers. The
only snag is that I'm still getting files with extra execute
permissions turned on. It should be fixed, so please let me know if
this is the case.
