Geoff:  Just a note about ConfigDig.  It was written using Apache on Linux,
but should be compatible with Apache on Win32. I've tried it on IIS but
found the paths that IIS uses weren't working.  Some redesign may help this,
but I've not had time due to other projects.  There may be some
Unix-prejudiced code in ConfigDig (most specifically the scheduling portion
that requires the Unix "at" instead of Win32 "at"), but these should not
prevent the majority of the application from running.

In any case, the objects themselves should be programmable on the Win32
platform if anyone wants to port them to an ActivePerl/ASP version.
