Ok. Thanks for the info re: rpm eccentricies. I haven't packaged any rpm's
myself, and my linux experience is <1yr.
If people are having trouble understanding things, I suggest just giving them more
to chew on, like you did in your response to me. Now i know what the '*' is doing
there. If the phrasing that comes quickly to mind isn't elegant enough to be
proud of, you can explain that too. My English teacher used to put "Stream of
Consciousness Notes" at the top of some of her handouts. /* Addt'l notes:
. . . */ might work also. :)
Sorry i can't attempt this myself: I'm green and also sans income at the moment.
