No. It is complete on the htdig-3-2-x branch and is in any of the
snapshots after 3.2.0b3. You should feel free to test it thoroughly
since I am not sure it has been given a good thrashing. And obviously
you may want to talk to Gabriele Bartolini who wrote the code.
