The updaters of what, precisely? I assume you're talking about web
pages here. Unless you require updates by CVS or something like that,
there's probably no easy way. If all updaters have write access to the
filesystem that holds the web pages, and they just go in and edit files,
there's no logging that takes place by the filesystem to keep a record
of who updates what when. You'd have to go on the honour system and
require the maintainers to make log entries somewhere.
