D'oh! Sorry, I got a bit sloppy last week, and forgot to change the
'urllist' to an 'l' when porting the restrict and exclude changes from
3.1.x to 3.2.x. It's fixed in CVS now. I had meant to test this out
before the snapshot, but got busy with other matters late last week and
ran out of time.
