It is, but I gave up after posting two support requests--I figured
for any release, I'd just use a script I whipped up to reset the
permissions.
Hopefully SourceForge will soon allow limited shell access to the CVS
repository for maintainers, at which point I'll be able to fix it.
(Keeping my fingers crossed.)
