Ok, there's finally a 3.1.6 snapshot in the snapshots/ directory:

I'm not bothering with any diffs to previous snapshots--the script
that generates it is only going to put tar files in there. At the
moment, things are set up so that only one 3.1 snapshot will ever be
in the directory, but I could change this pretty easily.
BTW, in a few hours the search functions should be cleaned up and
we'll be able to search GeoCrawler archives again.
