You're right. htdig-3.2.0b4-082601.tar.gz seems to be truncated, and
htdig-3.1.6-082601.tar.gz contains a number of 0-length files. I noticed
that /home/groups/ftp is currently 97% full, with less than 2.5 MB free,
so it's quite possible it ran out of space yesterday morning.
